Alexandrea Meyer is an award-winning actress and filmmaker based between Paris and Los Angeles. A Georgetown University graduate and Meisner-trained performer, her work is shaped by a California–European perspective and a fascination with the quiet chaos of human existence.

She received the 2023 Seymour Cassel Best Actress Award at the Oldenburg International Film Festival for her lead performance in the feature film Beautiful Friend, featured in The Hollywood Reporter and now available on Apple TV and Amazon Prime Video. Her directorial debut, Love You Forever, received a Best Performance Award at NOT Film Fest and is currently touring the festival circuit ahead of its exclusive online world premiere with Film Shortage in June 2026, with selections including Oldenburg, Insolito Festival Fantástico, and the Festival du Film Court de Villeurbanne. Most recently, she starred in the film Feeder, shot in Palm Desert and currently in post-production.

As a filmmaker, Alexandrea co-created and co-wrote the television series FUCK, YES, optioned by BIRTH Productions. Her current projects include The Island of Misfits, a hybrid live-action/claymation Christmas tragedy, Show Me What Is So Great, the feature follow-up to Love You Forever, and In Translation, a Japanese–French short film exploring female love through a mythological lens.
